CAMP TEETONKAH is located in the Irish Hills of Michigan, southwest of Grass Lake. The camp consists of 240 acres on the shore of Big Wolf Lake. One of the oldest Scout camps in the country, Camp Teetonkah offers many amenities to Scout units and outside groups.
Highlights include:
- New Dining Hall (built 2007) that can seat 250 inside and 250 under the pavilion. The Dining Hall also provides year-round access to shower facilities. - Two cabins that sleep 20 people (Cedars cabin) or 32 (Junipers Cabin). Junipers cabin has two separate rooms, making it ideal for Venture Crews. - Adirondack Shelters in one campsite (Poplars) - 7 campsites tucked into the woods - Hopkins Center provides a classroom / sleeping area. - Close to Michigan International Speedway, Cascades Park, and other Metro Detroit attractions.
